I could tell Ben Trim was genuine from the start, not trying to rip me off but the opposite. Getting the best deal for my family and I. He kept in contact a couple of times every year. Then when I needed help with a claim (broken neck from a motorbike accident), he was there and took care of it all for me. I don't know any insurance broker who does that. He liased with the insurance company ensuring that we would get what we had paid for, and we did. Ben continues to follow me up now and I know he will continue in the future. I couldn't have had anyone better to look after our Insurance.
